Here are 5 steps to take BEFORE tryouts!

Step 1: Know where and when your try out is located.  Click HERE for more details.  We have created this schedule to limit social interaction and reduce the amount of people at the fields at one time.

Step 2: Sign up to receive text alerts.  This is the easiest and fastest way to receive communication about field status during tryouts.  Text keyword 2020CompSoccertshq24747 to 334-310-2497 to subscribe to text alerts.

Step 3:  Complete the Release of Liability.  Parents can complete this electronically by clicking HERE.  If you have more than one player participating, you will need to select “request a new link” to complete another form.  We will also have paper copies available at check in for those that were not able to complete this in advance.

Step 4: Be prepared!  Players will need to bring the following with them to tryouts:

  • Cleats
  • Shin guards
  • Water
  • Light AND dark colored shirt. (We will not be using pennies due to COVID)
  • A positive attitude and be ready to work

Please label with player name where appropriate.  Sharing of player equipment is prohibited.  Soccer balls will be provided by our staff and will be sanitized before and after use.  Please do not bring your own soccer ball.

Step 5: Check in! Players must check in at their field location before each session. Check-in will include:

  • Completing Release of Liability if not already on file
  • Temperature checks: This must be below 99.8 F in order to participate
  • Use provided hand sanitizer
  • Receive wristband to be able to enter field

Thank you for participating in our 2020/21 Competitive soccer tryouts. We are very excited to have the opportunity to asses all of these wonderful players. We wish everyone the best of luck!
